BIN DISCHARGERS & FLOW PADS

Scorpio’s Bin Discharger is used as an aid to solve flow problem in silos and bins as they provide continuous discharge at uniform rates and de-aerate the material to a uniform bulk density. Silos can have lesser wall slopes and lower headroom. Available in both Mild Steel and Stainless Steel constructions.

Electro mechanical vibro motors are used to create vibrations. The vibration level can be adjusted for different materials by adjusting the dead weights
