Scorpio BMH undertakes total batch plants on turnkey basis from application engineering to erection and commissioning and has supplied major batch plants for handling float glass, fibre glass, glass wool, ceramics and special grout mix plants to customers like Binani Glass, FGP Ltd., Saint Gobain Vetrotex, Asahi India Glass, U.P. Twiga, MMTCL, Carborundum Universal Ltd. etc.
The core strength of Scorpio BMH unit lies with the compact design, high accuracy and minimal power consumption.
Scorpio batch plants are fully automatic and are controlled by a PLC and SCADA. Total batch report can be generated compatible to export as an excel spreadsheet. Also a comprehensive weekly, monthly and yearly report can be uploaded to computer or mailing system.
